i went to Gitex b4 2 weeks and on my way back to home (abu dhabi) i went to mazaya mall
it's the quietest mall i've ever seen lol
and it has no fast food restaurants :D only an open buffet :D lol

as you can see there's some flats built inside the mall O.o
